Job Description
Not a normal Finance post, but one that is supporting the Research & Development function of the Trust. Research & Development is one of the strategic aims of the Trust, to increase awareness and participation within the Trust.
To go alongside this, the aim is to have a very strong Finance Team to provide a high level of support, to developing the costings of Studies and Grants with Consultants and Senior Researchers within the Trust.
Some of the main duties include:
- Provide detailed costings for Research Studies and Grants, within the national guidelines for studies.
- Produce robust forecasting, to allow for planning of the Research & Development function.
- Complete the annual returns, that are required to evidence how the Research funding was utilised over the financial year.
- Build relationships with Consultants and Researchers to develop an excellent Finance function
