We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Product Designer to join our product design team. You will be joining the eCommerce part of the design team and will be part of a dynamic team of Product Designers, Service Designers & UX Researchers.

Day to day
Designing world-class products and features
Researching and understanding customer needs through explorative research, usability testing and data analysis
Working across our different brands: British Gas and Hive
Working on web experiences
Working closely with Product Owners and Tech teams to ship high quality work
Contributing to our design systems and continuous improvement of ways of working within the team
About you
Have experience of delivering extraordinary work as a product designer with a strong portfolio of work
Are naturally curious and use research to fully understand the problems at hand
Use quant and qual research findings to make design decisions
Are a team player and enjoy working with other designers, product owners and tech teams.
Have great communication and presentation skills
Are the voice of the customer and know how to balance this with the commercial point of view.
Proficient in design- and prototyping software (we mainly use Figma)
