We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager. A well organised, resourceful self-starter who has experience of significantly updating operations in a not-for-profit environment, and is able to build effective relationships, bringing people with you.

You'll be an overseer, a thought leader, and a relationship builder. Managing a complex stakeholder group you will be using you influencing and management skills daily. You will be putting in place the structures needed in the long term to maximise productivity for a small hard working organisation, and you'll also be monitoring outcomes, and reporting to your stakeholder group.

Experience of working in an environment where governance and compliance are crucial will be important within this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be a confident decision maker, a natural consultant in approach, and have a passion for the natural environment.
