There is no other role like this on the market … you will be a stand alone HR Generalist but supported by one of the best line managers in legal. You will lead on firm wide projects from day one whilst ensuring staff and management are supported with a dynamic and adaptable HR function.

You will be happy to get stuck in with implementing new processes for the London office whilst working alongside international offices and internal functions.
You will love the idea of being the ambassador for the HR function and will want to be pivotal in the functions growth!

You must have experience of

– ER

– Recruitment

– Maternity/Paternity

– exposure to payroll (understanding not necessarily running payroll)

– Probation and training reviews

– Working in a legal environment
