WALTERS PEOPLE – SENIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER - £25000 TO £28,000 – PERMANENT – COVENTRY – HYBRID

Walters people have partnered with a leading business in Coventry with their recruitment of a Senior Credit Controller on a permanent basis.

Senior Credit Control responsibilities are:

• To assist with the revenue creation and collection function for customers
• Managing a team of credit controllers.
• Reporting Figures and providing KPIs to senior management.
• Responding to external and internal communications via phone and email
• Assisting with high volume of face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Prioritising collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.

Skills needed as a Senior Credit Controller:

• Good Credit Control experience in business to consumer fashion.
• Ideally good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• High standard of literacy and numeracy
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Methodical and accurate with a proven ability to focus on detail.
• Database management experience desirable.
• Versatile and flexible to adapt to new tasks.
• Calm and composed approach to maintain positive approach in high stress environments.
