WALTERS PEOPLE – SENIOR CREDIT CONTROLLER - £25000 TO £28,000 – PERMANENT – COVENTRY – HYBRID
Walters people have partnered with a leading business in Coventry with their recruitment of a Senior Credit Controller on a permanent basis.
Senior Credit Control responsibilities are:
- To assist with the revenue creation and collection function for customers
- Managing a team of credit controllers.
- Reporting Figures and providing KPIs to senior management.
- Responding to external and internal communications via phone and email
- Assisting with high volume of face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Prioritising collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.
Skills needed as a Senior Credit Controller:
- Good Credit Control experience in business to consumer fashion.
- Ideally good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High standard of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Methodical and accurate with a proven ability to focus on detail.
- Database management experience desirable.
- Versatile and flexible to adapt to new tasks.
- Calm and composed approach to maintain positive approach in high stress environments.
