Position: Solutions Architect

Location: Fully remote

Contract Length: 6 months

Salary: £650/day (outside of IR35)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior design authority and lead on architectural matters in core specialism (Application/Technical/Business/Service)
• Provide expert architectural design guidance for the forces in one or more of the following areas: Architectural Vision, Business Architecture, Info Sys Architecture, Technical Architecture, and Service Architecture
• Create and maintain technical artifacts at different levels of the enterprise
• Lead design authority for projects requiring expert guidance to create high-quality documentation
• Engage with suppliers and projects to confirm delivery is consistent with agreed designs and outcomes
• Provide leadership to the Architecture team and represent the force as required
• Contribute to architecture process improvement

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of the enterprise landscape, including information systems, technical services, and business infrastructure of available technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide expert architectural design guidance
• Proven experience in providing leadership to the Architecture team and contributing to architecture process improvement
