Sportradar's Audiovisual Betting Unit is currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to help the team to successfully maintain and further develop the relationship to our clients. The candidate will be integrated into our team of Account Managers and will also be working closely together with our Head of Account Management, administration, technical project/platform, content management and product sales teams. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively communicate with the different internal stakeholders and also engage in external exchanges and build relationships to achieve the company’s goals.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Own the client relationship and acts as first point of contact for client related matters and their long term success
  • Proactively lead every aspect of the post-sales relationship, onboarding, training, demos, business reviews and regular check-ins, ongoing support and renewal
  • Coordination and internal alignment between Sales, Administration and Product
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing recommendations and insights using internal as well as external tools and sources
  • Identify additional streams of revenue by cross- and/or upselling our clients
  • Supporting our sales teams in articulating our unique proposition to potential customers
  • Preparation of client facing materials such as reports, sales decks or educational presentation
  • Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to travel policies

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience working in a customer relationship/success or account management role
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies driving joint success for clients
  • Strong commercial drive as well as analytical and operational expertise to build and grow long-term relationships with clients
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
  • Technology savvy & high interest in the digital world and sports
  • Highly independent and self-driven personality
  • Knowledge and understanding of the online sports betting/igaming industry and common marketing strategies will be considered a plus
  • Excellent English proficiency in written & verbally, additional language skills are of advantage
