Sat/Sun 16hrs Permanent Customer Service Agent
8am-6pm (additional hours/day during the week is available)
Salary £9,000 p/a + quarterly bonus
Training will be in the office for a min of 3 weeks Mon-Fri 08:30am-5:00pm. Once fully trained, remote working may be considered, HOWEVER, access to Leicester Head Office is essential for training and ad-hoc meetings.
Duties:
- Taking inbound calls regarding various queries
- Data inputting customer information onto systems
- Allocating engineers within the UK
You MUST have relevant experience in Customer Service/call handling and Admin.
