Job Description

The role will involve providing sales support to the management team dealing with coordination and administration support. The main duties will involves:

  • Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management effective administration processes
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team in supporting with contracts administration
  • Drive project management through company processes and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules
  • Collaborate with assigned vendors to build effective relationships and collaborative with team members
  • Applying good attention to detail at all times to ensure that invoicing and payment processes with good accuracy
