Job Description

Join Siemens Financial Services as our Digital Sales & CRM specialist within our Commercial Finance team and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a better place for tomorrow.

You will drive our CRM strategy, CRM adoption and development. You will act as a single point of contact on CRM for the U.K, on all matters related to the CRM solution, including its’ local interfaces. You will be responsible for supporting our Digital Customer and Sales enablement strategy.

With our brilliant flexible working policy, we offer a blend of remote/flexible and an office-based environment with offices in Manchester and Stoke Poges.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM requirements, requesting new functionalities through robust business cases aligned with local teams.
  • Support the Sales managers by providing specifications and clarifications of user stories, in order to ensure their progress until development.
  • Responsible for the business testing of newly requested functionalities and regression testing.
  • Training & adoption: Act as primary contact to the global teams and a voice of the respective local sales organisation. Drive and coordinate local training and support global product training.
  • Responsible for continuously improving the data quality.

Other responsibilities:

  • Support the UK Product Owner with global alignment initiatives
  • Ensure all Sales processes are documented and updated centrally
  • Manage documentation, ensuring always up to date and accessible
  • Support technical onboarding of new starters
  • Identify and drive efficiencies throughout the sales process to ensure costs are operationally efficient

What will you bring to the role:

We are looking for a future thinking salesperson, with a successful track record of digital customer offerings and processes, analytics, project management and process improvement and implementation and agile approaches to product and process development.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, convince and persuade will be essential. Must be confident in initiating dialogue across all levels within the organisation and using data to drive change. You will have:

  • Understanding of sales processes for different channels
  • Presentation and communication techniques
  • Process and Business analysis skills
  • Experience of project management
