About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised and an excellent communicator who can work well within a cooperative team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to strategically research, identify and generate qualified leads into the sales pipeline. To be successful you will have previous experience of working in an outbound sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business leads, working from databases and through own research and development
  • Provide engaging information about SBFM’s value proposition to potential customers.
  • Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email and telephone conferencing to discover and qualify their business needs
  • Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity in our CRM system
  • Provide accurate and timely information as required

Key Requirements

  • 2 years minimum proven experience in sales environment/prospecting
  • Proficient in managing sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Can evidence a track record of hitting or exceeding personal targets.
  • A positive, well-motivated attitude with a strong desire to exceed
  • Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
  • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Salary; Competitive salary and OTE (dependent on skills and experience) with the opportunity to earn generous rates of target-based commission.
