Sales Executive
Our client who are an Italian owned specialist design/furnishing company are looking for a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in South Kensington on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a really exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for Interior design/Architecture who is commercially savvy in a retail market, passionate about delivering an impeccable service and ambitious to develop within a company that can offer the chance for international scope in the future.
Salary & Benefits

• £28-30k per annum + Monthly & Yearly Bonuses
• Monday - Saturday 10:00 - 18:00 (1 day off during the week)
• Pension.

Duties

• Strongly oriented towards achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives agreed with the Store Manager and with the company
• Advise and guide customers making them live a unique and exclusive experience in the Boutique
• Has a strong goal and team orientation, demonstrates flexibility, passion and energy at all times of the day
• Has a natural service orientation and demonstrates the ability to anticipate customer wishes using developed listening skills and strong empathy
• Ambitious and curious, is always ready to acquire new knowledge about the products and the Brand, in order to be able to acquire an ever-increasing level of skills
• Will take care of the reception, restocking and continuous reordering of the goods in the showroom.
• Has excellent organisational skills
• Is available to work Saturday's

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Sales Consultant experience in structured retail contexts
• Can act as a team player demonstrating flexibility, passion and energy
• Natural Service Orientation
• Ambitious, curious and strongly orientated to achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Excellent IT/Digital skills
