Sales Coordinator

Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am–17:00pm
Salary: £22,990 per annum plus target-based bonuses

We are recruiting for Our well-established client based in Tamworth on a permanent basis. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their growing team immediately. The role is to provide support to the customer and their specific needs whilst helping to increase sales.

What you’ll be doing:

Order processing
Working towards individual and the teams sales targets
Managing a portfolio of accounts and developing positive relationships with customers
Anticipate customers’ current and future needs to generate orders
Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Follow up on samples and quotations in hope of converting these to sales
Updating accounts on active promotions
Manage a dedicated Area Sales Managers diary for client visits
Ensure systems are maintained and updated on a daily basis
Liaising with other departments when needed
Create KPI and tracker reports

What you’ll need:

Proven experience of working in a customer sale partnering role
Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
Proactive attitude with the ability to problem solves
High attention to detail
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
