Due to our growth and expansion plan, we are now looking for a Sales and Events Manager to lead our Call Centre and coordinate events.

The ideal candidates will have experience with reservations/booking systems, sales, and events within the hospitality industry.

With our sites throughout the UK, we are looking for people with a burning desire to excel and propel their career forward with us.

Full training will be provided as we offer an individually tailored L&D plan for each employee, wherein your skills will be nurtured further to boost your prospects.

As Sales and Reservations Manager your main focuses will be the following:

• Managing the reservations team
• Supporting all sites across the country with day-to-day bookings, as well as maximizing sales opportunities through our booking system
• Driving bookings while building relations with new and existing guests
• Proactively seeking opportunities to maximise revenue.
