We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join us at our new store in Swindon. This is an exciting time for ScS and a brilliant opportunity for the right person to be a part of our team in our new store.
As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within one of our stores, welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture and flooring.
- Supporting and asking questions to help customers find the perfect piece of furniture or flooring for their home
- Completing customer orders through our tablets and processing finance applications
- Working with the team to deliver sales targets for the showroom as well as for you personally
- Making sure our showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
- Helping to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
The most important thing for us is that you’re the right fit for our team. And if you’ve got a knack for making customers smile, can work confidently within a team environment and have buckets of energy and motivation, then we think you’d be perfect. While sales experience can sometimes be an advantage, it’s not a game-changer – personality and the ability to learn new skills is just as important!
We’re looking for the following qualities
- Experience within a customer facing role

- Strong work ethic, resilient, self-starter and a can do attitude
- Salary and earnings of £20,382 with an realistic OTE of £35,000 (there’s no limit to the commission you can earn in store)
