Overview

A successful children’s fashion brand in Berkshire are looking for a full-time Administrator to support the sales team and operational functions of the business. As this modern company continue to grow internationally, we are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

You will be working closely with the sales team, supporting on all Administration duties, including uploading orders onto systems within given time-frames, and creating excel spreadsheets for new and exiting product lines on demand, and in fashion-no day is the same!

What will You be doing?

  • Putting orders through for all new and existing customers.
  • Answer the incoming sales calls as back up for the sales team.
  • Preparing and sending out samples to new customers.
  • Administration support for the UK Team, completing all supplier forms and customer email requests.
  • UK selling support tools ownership, including monitoring/managing all sales materials including brochure and marketing supplies.
  • Managing Deliveries and Orders with Clients

**You must have previous office-based administrative experience**

– You must be able to work as part of a team and independently
– You must be passionate and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
– You must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel, as creating product spreadsheets, and V-Lookups are part of the day-today.
