To provide professional support, and advise managers in the development, adoption, implementation and maintenance of appropriate occupation health and safety arrangements and environmental management, in accordance with legislative requirements, and with the policies and strategies that are determined by the Trust. The post holder will assist the Trust Health and Safety Manager in implementing HSG 65 within a large multi occupancy organisation.As a Health and Safety Advisor you will engage with all aspects of the Trust to support the embedding of a postive health and safety culture. This will be achieved by engaging on a daily basis with various stakeholders across the Trust. The post holder will through auditing, inspections, attendance of meetings offer assurances that the Trust meets all of its statutory legal complaince with the Estates and Facility and other areas within the wider Trust.
