Job Description

Rugbytots Worcester is a children's rugby programme for 2-7 year old boys and girls. We run weekend rugby play sessions at our venues in Worcester, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Malvern and South Birmingham.

Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way whilst teaching how to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team.

We are currently looking for one coach to join our fantastic rugby coaching team!

· The location for this position is in Rubery

· Sunday mornings

· 3-4 hours per week

· Starting as soon as possible to begin training

· Working indoors during winter and working outdoors in spring/summer when weather is nice

Responsibilities of a Sports Coach at Rugbytots: -

· To help run a series of high energy rugby classes to our customers

· To engage with children and parents in a friendly and enthusiastic manner

· To implement the weekly programme within the Rugbytots class structure

Requirements to be a Sports Coach at Rugbytots: -

· Fun and confident personality

· Dynamic with lots of enthusiasm

· Excellent communication & organisation skills

· Knowledge of rugby and/or playing experience

· Previous coaching or teaching or working with children experience helpful but not essential

We are interested in anyone with a passion for Rugby and Sport

You might be a student, a mum, a dad, a teacher, a sports coach, a rugby player, a netball player etc or simply someone who just loves the idea of being involved in something fun and sporty with children. You must be able to demonstrate high drive and energy to run high quality Rugbytots classes.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 3-4 per week

Salary: £15.00 per hour
