About you...

We are looking for a fabulous assistant manager that is knowledgeable and passionate about food and drinks, that is customer focused and has a gift for creating an ambience allowing guests to eat and drink in absolute peace.

• Ensure that you create a professional impression to customers and team Members.
• To build a strong knowledgeable team.
• Be able to create an enticing ambiance.
• Stock and waste control.
• Be comfortable with HR duties.
• Be able to deal with guest queries. Gather customer feedback and pass onto the relevant people.
• To gain full knowledge of the menu and be able to confidently answer questions and instil this into your team
• To carry and clear plates with style, train and leading the team to follow in your footsteps.
• To create an upsell culture.
• Ensure all guests are served according to company standards and procedures.
• To ensure correct charges/ bills are raised, ironing out any errors and train accordingly.
• Unsociable hours, must be able to get to and from work.
