As the Regional Director of Education, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence and transforming lives across a portfolio of schools, residential schools, and care homes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and hold accountable a team of dedicated Head Teachers/Heads of Service, unleashing their potential to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
- Fuel your vision and direction to elevate education and care services to new heights, making a positive impact on the lives of young people and adults.
- Unleash the power of performance by closely monitoring pupil progress, regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and financial targets.
- Spark innovation and drive curriculum effectiveness, ensuring our learners receive exceptional educational experiences tailored to their needs.
- Be the catalyst for growth, spearheading cross-divisional projects and leading strategic initiatives to strengthen our position in the market.
- Foster collaboration and share best practices with other Regional Directors, amplifying our collective impact and continuously raising the bar.
- Build dynamic partnerships with internal colleagues, regulatory bodies, and local authorities, creating a collaborative ecosystem of support and success.
- Champion staff development and well-being, creating a culture of continuous learning and ensuring our talented teams have the support they need to excel.
- Ignite change as a School Governor and Chair of Governors, leveraging your expertise to steer governance processes and drive positive outcomes.
