Customer Service Executives wanted.

Our client based in the Centre of Lincoln are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis starting ASAP.

The purpose of the role is to assess the applications forms that are submitted to the company and carry various checks following a specific process.

The role includes making outbound calls to customers and 3 rd parties once application forms have been submitted to chase up any missing information, update the systems with the information and make decisions based on the information provided.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm but must be able to work 1 Saturday in every 4 on rotation.

Pay rate is £10.40 per hour.

Must be confident and comfortable in working to daily/weekly targets, happy to work on the phone and speak to variety of different people including sometimes having to have difficult conversations, be able to plan and prioritise your workload and have great customer service!

Prior to starting you will need to pass a Basic DBS Check & Also a Financial Credit Check due to the nature of the role.

Once all checks are back, there is a full 2 week training programme to give you the best start in your new role
