Join our team at Capital Staffing Services, a growing Healthcare agency operating from our office in London Bridge providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the public and private sector. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant 360 to help us recruit and place staff to meet client needs and agreed targets.


About the role:

The Recruitment Consultant 360 will increase the volume of business from existing and new clients by recruiting and placing staff to meet client needs and agreed targets.

Key tasks:

As a Recruitment Consultant 360, you will be responsible for the following:

    Ensuring candidates are contacted three days after application pack has been sent out, booking interviews, activation bonus, etc.
    Resourcing five new candidates per week and recording their names and where they were sourced from (external database, referral, or phone call).
    Conducting at least five interviews per week and at least two inductions/activations per week. All interviews and inductions MUST be recorded in the CRM database.
    Liaising with Clinical Managers in relation to the diary, confirming all diary appointments daily.
    Listing activation, recording when they were activated and their Specialty in the Task List. Use this to check if candidates are being booked and liaise with the bookings team to get the candidate out to work. The target is set at two activations per week.
    Ensuring active temps are booked based on availability given.
    Ensuring all timesheets are submitted for hours booked.
    Liaising with payroll to chase outstanding timesheets and ensure required amendments are actioned.
    Updating temp’s availability daily.
    Ensuring that all office policies and procedures are followed.
    Undertaking general office duties as required.
    Maintaining a clean and functioning desk and workspace.

KPIs:

    Generating five new candidate enquiries per week.
    One new temp on payroll per week.
    Reaching and exceeding weekly thresholds.
    Generating one new client contact per month.

Performance will be reviewed after a one-month period and thereafter every six months (relevant to any new/revised job role) and subsequently on an annual basis in line with company appraisal procedures.

The ideal candidate:

    A minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare, preferably in an employment agency or related industry.
    Knowledge of the recruitment industry, particularly healthcare.
    Ability to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.
    The ability to multitask to achieve a range of inter-related objectives.
    Attention to detail and routine tasks.
    Good communication skills, both written and oral.
    Competent in the use of IT systems, particularly MSOffice.
    Commitment to ongoing personal development and training to meet and exceed the position requirements.
    Ability to work in a close-knit team.
