Location: Remote with travel to Corsham when required

As a Resource coordinator,your main responsibilities would be to:

Duties:


  • Tracking the position of all resource contracts and resource approvals in NGCN
  • Triggering the development and approval of Commitment Cases to satisfy resource demands surfaced in the NGCN IMS
  • Working with the NGCN bundle leads to ‘register’ their individual resource needs on a forward look plan
  • Compiling a monthly resource forward look within NGCN and communicating this to wider interested stakeholders, particularly Finance and Commercial
  • Managing and administering the contract performance review meetings
  • Track and support the onboarding and offboarding of contractors, and requests for secret accounts
  • Support the Senior Product Manager in approving timesheet and other Management Information.


Essential:


  • Experience in managing resource
  • MS office – Excel and Word
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of developing resource strategies and resource estimations
  • SC Clearance


Desirable:

  • Public sector experience
  • Experience of working with Strategic Networks and Bearers
