Main duties and responsibilities

About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient individual with a diverse set of skills and experience to join our HR and Finance team.

Great recruitment is at the heart of our success. You will lead our head office recruitment and assist the Service Delivery Team with our seasonal recruitment ensuring we maintain our strong policies around safeguarding and safer recruitment.

Main requirements

  • Lead on head office recruitment
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding process for head office staff
  • Responsible for employee holiday entitlement, benefits administration and general
  • HR enquiries
  • Support the Service Delivery Team with the seasonal recruitment of our tutors
  • and pastoral staff
  • Assist with seasonal staff payroll
  • Carry out all necessary compliance checks and maintain accurate records for head
  • office and seasonal staff
  • Circulate team surveys and collate responses

Person specification

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience of recruitment or working in a recruitment environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly accurate with attention to detail
  • Professional work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with ability to prioritise
  • Able to work well in a team and on own initiative
  • Experience of managing a technical environment similar to ours - Google
  • Workspace and CRM

Desirable attributes:

  • Experience working in education
  • Experience using Salesforce
