About the role:

Reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will coordinate the initial steps of candidate selection and screening. We want all candidates to enjoy the process with Bionic, even if they don’t get the job, so you will create a candidate journey that leaves a positive image of Bionic! This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and a perfect opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to move in-house.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Utilising candidate databases and other mediums such as Linkedin to source and attract talent ensuring the relevant criteria is met to support the team i.e. Boolean searching
- Assisting the recruitment team with delivering the full spectrum of the recruitment process; such as writing job descriptions, telephone screening, shortlisting, face-to-face interviewing and selecting candidates
- Supporting the TA team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates to meet the company headcount growth plans
- Updating the candidate database and building strong relationships with candidates
- Scheduling candidate interviews with the Talent Partners
- Assisting to run group style interviews, such as assessment centres
- Providing a memorable, stress-free experience for candidates during their interview process
- Ad-hoc recruitment related responsibilities and projects
Requirements
About you:
High energy, motivation and drive to deliver excellent results
- Have at least 1 year experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment function
- Self-driven, confident and be used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System and proficient in Microsoft programmes
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a sales-based environment
- Loves working as part of a team
