About Our Client

Our client is a well established FMCG business. This position is for a front of house receptionist to assist the Office Manager with the day to day operations. This role is similar to an Office Assistant and just an all round office support.

Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Administrator are:

  • Front of House receptionist
  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Organise bookings for board rooms and ensure refreshments are available
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to relevant departments
  • Manage all the incoming post
  • Sending outgoing post
  • General admin support.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Administrator will posses:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Available immediately or at short notice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge.
