Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Property Photographer to join our dynamic media team. The position will be based in either our Harborne or Selly Oak office, with responsibilities including photographing and creating 3D Virtual Tours of our exceptional properties daily. The successful candidate will be adept at managing their own time to produce high-quality professional images.

Primary role responsibilities include:

• Capturing images of homes listed for rent and sale to support the Sales/Lettings team
• Photographing interior spaces, exteriors, and gardens
• Ensuring optimal photo composition, angles, and positioning of captured spaces
• Editing images to enhance lighting and contrast for the best results
• Assisting property owners in staging rooms for maximum visual appeal

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Hardworking with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Excellent communication skills
• A friendly demeanour and approachable manner
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car

Previous experience in property photography is not essential but will be considered advantageous. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop, is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
