Project Management Assistant – Inside IR35
Contract Term: 6 Months – with possible extension.

Location: Hybrid – Remote & 3 days per week in Puddle Dock, London

As a Project Management Assistant your main responsibilities would be:
· Working as part of a project team – assisting in the delivery of projects to time, cost & quality through various phases.
· Monitoring & reporting programme and progress in accordance with project reporting systems & guidelines.
· Developing & integrating effective support systems to enable the Project Manager to manage and control change.
· Processing project resource requirements; ensuring applications & bookings are complete and submitted to prescribed time scales.
· Meeting with contingent labour suppliers to ensure bookings are understood from both sides.
· Supporting the PM team to provide a safe working environment during execution of projects.
· Processing incoming forms / documents / emails & data entry into the system.
· Supporting the team with information requests.
· General office administration.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
· Demonstrable Project Management Support experience.
· Excellent customer service & stakeholder management skills.
· Demonstrable administration & organisation skills & experience.
· MS Office proficiency & an understanding of CRM systems.
· Rail / Construction industry experience – desirable.
