Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, and driven individual to join the eRostering team to lead on the delivery of eRostering to the remaining employees in the Trust. This will include around 400 medics and 1100 Agenda for Change staff. The implementation for this project will span a 2-year life cycle and this post holder will be crucial in ensuring it runs to time, cost, and efficiency. The project will not only see improved control and oversight of our workforce but will also see our staff benefit from increased visibility and access to their rota for shifts and annual leave.
The postholder will plan, monitor, and report processes to the board and ensure the project is kept to schedule.
To lead by example and manage a team to deliver the project principles.
To carry out detailed project planning, defining deliverables, successes, interdependencies, change control and reporting compliance against the project plan.
Support team members to deliver on the relevant objectives through offering advice, guidance and support as required.
