Our client is a religious organisation located in Greater Manchester who are committed to making a positive impact on local communities. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Project Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide administrative support to the Strategic Programme Director
  • Collating and distributing agenda packs
  • Taking, writing and issuing minutes
  • Screen incoming invoices and expenses
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Reviewing team inbox, providing responses and referring queries

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Administrator must possess the following skill set and experience.

  • Background working in Not for Profit and Charities sector
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics grade C or above
  • Proven administration and customer service skills
  • Background in minute taking
  • Experience of Administrative or project support environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to commute to Bury

  • Salary between £20,000 - £23,000
