Account Co-ordinator

The successful post holder will support the Account Manager, who is responsible for the contractual and commercial relationship with the client, by co-ordinating compliance activities. Generating information from both internal and external sources and being a point of escalation for the Supply Chain. Whilst acting as a deputy to the Account Maintenance and Lifecycle Co-ordinator and responding to a variety of additional requests to ensure smooth service delivery across the portfolio.

And as an Account Co-ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…

  • Support the Account Manager by ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and provide timely responses to requests for help and support.
  • Co-ordinate Compliance, PPM and reactive activity through liaising with the Planned Team and supply chain and also support the Account Manager in routinely meeting or beating KPI targets.
  • View and validate all PPM certification to ensure it meets requirements and liaise with the supply chain where it does not.
  • Review, manage and monitor all reactive and planned remedial works to ensure they are completed within the agreed service level agreement
  • Produce weekly reporting and chair client meetings on planned and reactive works, statutory and mandatory compliance and on-going operational tasks.
  • Raise non conformance reports for any suppliers not meeting the contractual requirements and work with Supply Chain Management Team to resolve.
  • Compile and gather the necessary data and information required for all reporting requirements, including mitigations for uncompleted activities.
  • Be the first point of escalation for the client and suppliers as required.
  • Co-ordinate and resolve issues promptly, by means of job and quotation chasing.
  • Ensure that any client complaints regarding service delivery are managed and escalated to the Account Manager in a timely manner with corrective actions closed out quickly.
  • Support the Account Manager in monitoring the overall contract performance (outputs) maintaining a regular dialogue with key stakeholders in the client’s business.
  • Support the Account Manager in developing and shaping the Strategic Account Plan by working closely with the wider Bellrock Team.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of Bellrock departments to ensure that the necessary data/management information is provided to enable the effective monitoring of the Contract.
  • Work with the reporting team to develop and shape standardisation of reporting formats.
  • Monitor and liaise with suppliers to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of the service and identify and escalate any performance issues to the Account Manager.
  • Co-ordinate Accounts Payable activity by working closely with the Accounts Payable team to reduce supplier debt and action client queries.

  • IT literacy– intermediate level in use of Excel – including data manipulation.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Experience of working in a client facing role.
  • Experience of working with suppliers and procurement and supply chain leverage awareness.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data management, analysis and reporting.
  • Able to adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Experience working in a facilities management environment.
  • Facilities management (FM) qualification / working towards an FM qualification- desirable.
  • Commercial contract awareness and understanding- desirable.
  • Customer focused.
  • Good organisational skills.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the head office in Leicester. The working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday. 8:30am-5pm.
