- Manage and implement the company's ERP system.
- Work with the stores and procurement departments to progress parts through the business.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure effective management of the company's Material Resource Planning (MRP) system.
- Raise work orders.
- Manage Subcontract Work Orders & SuppliersĀ·
- Control stock and materials.
- Pack and Kit issue - Yellow Bins to Line & stock Control.
- Update Buffer Qty's on System and analyse usage.
- Responsible for clearing up WIP orders.
- Support Supply Chain with expediting and updating Po's
- Daily reports for Kit Issue & Job Shortages
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of stock and material control
- Extensive Goods in/out experience
- IT skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Positive attitude with a "can do" approach to work.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills
