The DM Technology team is at the core of this – transforming technology into a key business enabler. We are looking for a Scrum Master for our Finance teams to fulfil a newly created role in our global product and agile organisation. You are passionate about delivery, enjoy facilitating teams and understand how to get the best out of people in a fast-growing environment.
The Scrum Master (Digital) is responsible for facilitating one or more agile teams to deliver demonstrable business value. They achieve this by leading teams through agile ways of working, applying best practice delivery approaches and demonstrating an ability to effectively interact with others. Key measures of success are efficient delivery of the desired business outcomes for the teams and improvement in the capability of the team over time.
