We are flexible on the location of this role, it can be based remotely within the UK, hybrid or based within our Amesbury office- whatever suits you best!

What you`ll get up to as a Digital Product Manager

As our Digital Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the long-term strategy, business case, and product vision for our digital products, including our website, e-commerce engine, and customer hub.

With over 1 million customers, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our digital products and drive business outcomes such as conversions, revenue, and ROI. You will work directly with the Head of Digital Product Design, supporting their vision, and be the Product Owner of at least one of our key digital products. You will also work closely with two talented UI/UX designers.

What we look for in you

• Proven experience in product management, digital account management, or managerial digital roles, with a strong track record of delivering successful digital products, including websites, e-commerce engines, and customer hubs.
• Experience in task management platforms such as Asana, and expertise in using data tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power Bi, ContentSquare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and website content management systems.
• Demonstrable experience in being a user-centric leader, with excellent analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
• Experience in team management and project management, with a passion for building great products and solving customer and business problems.
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma (a bonus).
