What will you be doing?

• 
  Key contributor and decision maker within the overall PS- SI design strategic debate regarding growth, competence, structure and scale
• Responsibility for the leadership and effective management of a multi skilled team. This is within an environment of single customer accountability in a virtual teams
• Maintaining highest standard of technical output through day to day management of the multi skilled team ensuring that the team adheres to best practise.
• Own and lead the Integration of the supporting systems, project phases, process and technologies required to excel against service and delivery target
• Work with the other teams in order to provide input with respect to continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

• 
  Robust in nature with experience of working under sustained pressure in a fast moving environment
• Good understanding of the PS - SI contribution and value to the sales process
• Good understanding of the products and services that apply to both the VBTS and the wider Vodafone Product Portfolios
• Good understanding of the customers that comprise VBTS and considerable insight into the business and technology issues facing large enterprises
• Able to demonstrate political and organisational awareness, being able to cut across internal barriers to achieve success and manage internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• 
  Educated in relevant subject (e.g. IT qualifications or Computer Science etc…)
• Relevant industry qualifications in background technology field (e.g. Cisco CCNA/CCND/CCNP or as appropriate for that team
