Job Description

AECOM’s UK Ports and Marine
team are looking for engineers to support on multiple UK and international projects including:
  • Maritime defence
  • Breakwaters
  • Port master planning
  • Coastal defence
  • Marinas and harbours

We are currently working remotely and we would welcome applicants from all UK & Scotland locations.

Working with an established Ports and Marine team with over 70 years of shared experience, we are looking for engineers to join the team in delivering a wide range of projects with key clients including local authorities, regulators, defence organisations, private developers and port operators as well as internal clients both in the UK and overseas.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Civil or Structural engineers
  • Geotechnical engineers
  • Coastal engineers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working towards Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status in civil or structural engineering.
  • Experience of working to design codes, such as British Standards or Eurocodes.
  • An understanding of CDM, Safety in design and CEMD.
  • Membership of PIANC or similar.
