Job purpose:
We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth we need a Project Coordinator to support the functions within our CIFP Programme. The project coordinators duty is to administer and monitor the successful completion of project deliverables amongst internal and external project stakeholders. The task objectives are to ensure project milestones are completed on time, within budget and to the standards and quality set by the business or our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Ability to be an effective liaison between various technical and non-technical functions across the program, including outside partners. Drive operating efficiency through initiatives that produce innovative solutions for optimizing operational tools used by the program. Support the program and project manager with initiation, requirement definition, detailed project planning, financial oversight, risk identification and management, project execution and control, reporting and closure. Effectively manage reporting and risk management of multiple projects that form part of a multi-year program, with joint accountability for scope, schedule and cost.
