• Derive the local digital strategy from the group-wide Digital Plant strategy, defining the digital roadmap for the production site and the related implementation projects.
• Contribute to the development, harmonization, and standardization of a common IT application landscape of production across all production sites and functional areas.
• Identify and initiate necessary changes, to enable the digital transformation of the production site, complete skill-GAP-analyses and develop learning paths for Digital Plant in the framework of the Production Academy.
• Prepare training concepts and documents for Digital Plant and Facilitate training.
• Participate as plant representative at the IT requirement board, collecting and consolidating local IT requirements.
• Create project status reports for digital projects of the production site and initiate corrective actions in case of project delay.
• Project lead for strategic digitalization projects of the production site and coach Digital Plant implementation projects.
