Planning Associate / Senior Associate - London

The Firm/Team:

• A UK top 100 law firm are keen to appoint a planning associate into their London team
• The successful candidate can look forward to joining an established team of planning lawyers who are recognised by their clients for their industry expertise

The Role:

• As a planning associate within the London team you can expect to undertake a broad range of work
• The successful candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients including:
• Property developers
• Local authorities
• Institutional investors
• Private individuals
• Retail, leisure and restraint occupiers and developers

About you:

• Applications are sought from qualified solicitors who have a specialism in planning
• Applications are sought from ideally 4-8 years PQE candidates
• You will require all round knowledge of planning and highways law
• The successful London based individual will have a strong sense of commercial pragmatism and be a team player
• The role will suit a personable individual who is keen to get involved with business development and contribute to the growth of the team in London

Salary and Benefits: This Planning Solicitor will be rewarded with:

• A competitive salary in the region of 85,000 - 115,000 DOE
