Planning Associate / Senior Associate - London
The Firm/Team:
- A UK top 100 law firm are keen to appoint a planning associate into their London team
- The successful candidate can look forward to joining an established team of planning lawyers who are recognised by their clients for their industry expertise
The Role:
- As a planning associate within the London team you can expect to undertake a broad range of work
- The successful candidate will be working with a diverse range of clients including:
- Property developers
- Local authorities
- Institutional investors
- Private individuals
- Retail, leisure and restraint occupiers and developers
About you:
- Applications are sought from qualified solicitors who have a specialism in planning
- Applications are sought from ideally 4-8 years PQE candidates
- You will require all round knowledge of planning and highways law
- The successful London based individual will have a strong sense of commercial pragmatism and be a team player
- The role will suit a personable individual who is keen to get involved with business development and contribute to the growth of the team in London
Salary and Benefits:
This Planning Solicitor will be rewarded with:
- A competitive salary in the region of 85,000 - 115,000 DOE
