Band 7 Team Lead Physiotherapist for ED and Acute Medicine (EDAM)

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our ED and Acute Medicine team based at Chelsea and Westminster hospital. The successful candidate will work alongside the Occupational Therapist team lead to ensure a timely and effective service is provided that meets the needs of our diverse population. Possessing a broad and comprehensive knowledge gained through junior rotations in a range of specialities, you will provide clinical leadership to more junior members of staff, and will ensure that our PROUD values are exhibited daily in all that you do.

In return for your hard work, the trust is committed to developing its staff, and you will be given opportunities to further both your clinical and leadership capabilities in line with service needs. Supported by the Clinical Lead, you will be encouraged to develop new initiatives and solutions to improve patient care, and will interface regularly with a multitude of professions both internal and external to the acute site.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute towards weekend and respiratory on call working, and will be required to work flexibly across a rota with varied start times.
