Skyline Medical Clinic is currently seeking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Phlebotomist to join the team. The job holder will be managing varies aspects of the practice to ensure smooth operation.
This job role will be a hands-on role in which the job holder will assist in taking blood samples, interacting with patients on designed individual health assessment packages, communicating blood results to the clients and overall oversee the medical aspect of the operations.

Responsibilities (not limited to:)
- Preparing patients before drawing blood
- Explaining blood draw procedures to patients and answering any questions about the process
- Following all health and safety protocols and procedures to maintain sanitary work areas
- Verifying patient information and labelling blood samples properly
- Accurately updating patient information in the organization’s database
- Working with supervising Physicians and following their directions at all times
- Supporting the organisations in new marketing approaches, establishing new medical services.
- Liaising with clients to inform about their results in clinic and on hybrid role.
- Booking in blood testing appointments, liaising with clients prior and after the scheduled appointments.
- Ensuring clients are well- informed about the medical services offered at the clinic.
- Completing appropriate forms documenting the varies tests performed and providing management correlating to the tests performed.
- Educating clients and their carers/families about the medical services available at the clinic, as well as at their appointments to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
- Frequent interaction with a diverse population including team members, providers, patients, insurance companies and other members of the public.
- Handling the administration work within the medical aspect of the clinic and essentially ensuring clients have a smooth journey.
- Order and maintain equipment’s and ensure high levels of safety during handling.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Phlebotomy certification
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient verbal and written English skills
- Proven ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Familiar with infection control policies and procedures
- Competitive Salary: dependant on skills and experience

Salary: £19,537.33-£25,932.58 per year
