The successful candidate will own the P&L for Personal Care and Beauty and all aspects of growth and execution across Amazon and D2C. They will have a small team to support the day to day on Amazon while they personally drive execution across other channels and collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver new products, market expansion and marketing in order to deliver both Topline and AEBITDA for the supplement portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of full P&L to include Revenue, AEBITDA and Brand Profit.
• Implement category strategy for supplements across Shopify, Amazon and other channels/marketplaces.
• Lead and develop a team that executes day to day on Amazon. (Top ASIN Specialist and Associate Brand Manager)
• Understand consumer journey, develop new products and experience to drive improved sessions and conversion.

Experience

• 5+ years leading digital brand growth with P&L ownership.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Amazon and DTC preferred)

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, including ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Marketing, Awin and Impact .

• Deep experience leading and facilitating matrixed teams as direct manager or project manager.
• Excellent quantitative skills are a must.
• Experiencing vetting and managing agencies partners.
• Experience managing a brand with a track record of driving share and penetration growth.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Strong understanding of Shopify
• Experience working for a startup
