Partnerships Account Manager

The role…


The role of Partnerships Account Manager is really important to us. Reporting to the Partnerships Team Manager you will be responsible for owning a variety of Account Management functions for the end customers referred into the Team by our diverse range of fuel card Partnerships. You will make a variety of different types of call into the base ranging from welcome calls, pricing calls and review calls to query handling and general questions that may arise.


This is a new position in the business, to support the growth of the Partnerships division. There will be opportunity for progression within the division, along with some shadowing and admin support for senior members of this team. You will be able to travel UK wide a few times per year to broaden your knowledge and gain exposure to the world of field sales and partnership relationship management.

Radius EuroCard, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG

Salary: Up to £20,500 base salary plus commission

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30am-17:00pm (no weekends, evenings or bank holidays)


What would your day look like as a Partnerships Account Manager?


  • Own and excel at a wide range of different Account Management functions
  • Welcome calls, non-drawing calls, review calls & pricing calls
  • Objection handling and query resolution
  • Working as part of the Partnerships Team


What do we expect of you?


  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
