An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Research Operations team at Coventry University. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Research Operations Officer to work as part of our small friendly team to deliver high quality operational support within the Centre for Trust, Peace and Social Relations (CTPSR).
In this busy and varied role, you will be part of a team responsible for providing high level support to the Centre’s research community. The role will include having responsibility for the management of the Research Excellence Framework (REF) processes and data. You will also work with the Communications and Engagement Manager to provide support for the Centre’s promotional strategy.
Flexible and versatile, you will be a team player and have strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working under pressure, prioritising work and co-ordinating and managing complex activities to meet competing deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to use your own initiative are essential.
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience preferably in a Higher Education environment, experience of producing reports for senior management and demonstrable experience of using a wide range of administrative software packages including ng Microsoft Office.
