We're currently recruiting a dedicated Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As an Operations Manager you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work to maintain our double NHS Exemplar site status, and lead a team of Catering and Support Services Managers within the contract to provide exceptional service to our clients, Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to, Drive foodservice and FM support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements.

Key accountabilities to include but limited to;

• Ensure systems are in place for capturing, managing and reporting performance
• Deliver all contractual requirements within agreed timeframes
• Ensure staff work in accordance with Company and Trust procedures at all times
• Complete labour schedule within the labour budget
• Ensure staff are briefed daily and that site and Company targets are communicated
• Ensure team are supported, trained, coached and developed
• Development of strategic client relationships
• Ensure everyone is trained and adheres to all H&S policies
• Drive Sales, Growth and retention

Our ideal Operations Manager will:

• Senior management experience in Catering and Facilities Management
• Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
• Led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
• Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
• Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulation.
• Experience on application of risk management, analysis and reduction
• Managed senior level third party relationships
