We channel our passion into making a positive impact on our surroundings whether that be our students, the wider community or the environment.

Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a keen, organised co-ordinator with initiative, an eye for detail and service excellence to join our growing team.
We provide short academic courses in Oxford, Cambridge and London, to motivated students from across the world - 108 countries last year. We’ll be working with around 180 pastoral staff, many of whom will be new to Oxford Summer Courses and this role is to ensure our planning and support enables them to deliver consistently high quality programmes across all our sites.
You’ll work with pastoral, teaching, and head office staff to resolve any issues affecting student experience. Day to day, this could include liaising with attraction sites, transport companies & restaurants to confirm bookings, communicating with college accommodation offices, helping to build training materials, building information and equipment packs and running an inventory of stock.
From working behind the scenes on our improvement cycle, to problem solving on the ground, you’ll play a key part in creating the welcoming environment that staff and students return to year after year.
