The financial services company based in the City of London is an award-winning investment manager, and a leading provider of growth capital to UK SMEs and property finance to developers and real estate investors.
The key duties for the Operations Analyst are:
All general administration and processing of client application forms
- Maintaining client records (physical and electronic) in an orderly and comprehensive manner
- Data entry and reporting
- Custodian account creation, cash reconciliations and fee processing
- Helping to manage and respond to general enquires received via email within a timely manner and in adherence with quality and compliance standards
- Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to all clients and take ownership of proactively following and helping to chase up on progress if required
The pre-requisites for the Operations Analyst are as follows:
- Some administrative experience preferable
- Good proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Competitive salary of £24,000-£26,000 per annum plus bonus
