Job Description


Apex, a separate division of Publicis Groupe is a growth and solutions hub focused on problem solving and driving additional value for clients. The Operations team are responsible for setting up end to end processes to ensure best practice and compliance across all media channels from briefing to invoicing.

It’s an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person, who enjoys working with data and figures and gains satisfaction from completing tasks to a high level of accuracy. It is an important role which is vital in contributing to the growth and success of Apex.

  • Responsible for updating our global campaign management system
  • Supporting other team members during month-end digital reconciliation (monitoring delivery of digital campaigns)
  • Working with the Apex ops/digital teams to ensure correct insertion order details prior to reconciliation
  • Monitor accuracy of data in the agency/media partner excel billing sheets
  • Checking details provided for inaccuracies, before providing information to agencies

Qualifications
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Exceptional time management & prioritisation skills
  • Confident in Microsoft Office Excel
