We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Sales Associate to join our team. Working remotely, and online, the primary responsibility of this role is to identify and qualify potential leads for our sales team.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will support the growth of the sales pipeline across services and market regions and own lead generation and client prospecting.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, online databases etc.
  • Qualify leads through phone and email outreach to determine their interest and fit for our services.
  • Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyse lead generation performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices for lead generation.


About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, and or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Experience with marketing automation software and other lead generation tools is a plus.
