The role

We’re on the lookout for an awesome Office and Events Manager, based out of our London HQ. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll have a broad remit across our global facilities and events. Working with leaders across the business, you’ll have the opportunity to make a massive impact and will help build and maintain the inclusive and positive working culture that so much of Talentful’s incredible work is founded upon.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary role

What will you do around here?

You will be responsible for…

  • Day-to-day facilities management of our London, Berlin and New York offices

  • Management of our core office vendors

  • Managing and negotiating office leases

  • All company travel, managed through TravelPerk

  • Fire Marshal for office floor (building management will coordinate any fire drills)

  • Welcoming new starters and managing office inductions, in line with our onboarding processes

  • Supporting our employee gifting strategy to celebrate milestones and key events in the employee lifecycle

  • Managing the relationship with our company swag vendor

  • Ownership of Slack integrations (Polly/office attendance, donut, etc.)

  • Planning and running various company events

We'd love to talk to you, if you...

  • Have excellent administration and organisation skills

  • Have experience managing multiple office sites

  • Can effectively plan and run large-scale, online and offline corporate events

  • Are comfortable working with senior managers

  • Are commercially minded with proven experience successfully negotiating office leases and supplier relationships

  • Possess excellent communication skills with an engaging and inclusive approach
